Earth Day and Ecology Fair

Join Earth Day Jacksonville and some of your favorite earth-friendly companies for a fun-filled day for the whole family! This annual event is celebrating its 21st year at The Jacksonville Landing, and features more than 80 booths of educational and interactive displays and live entertainment throughout the day on the main stage. A Children’s Stage is added on the West end, offering a variety of kid-friendly hands-on displays.
Over 80 educational & interactive booths. Children’s crafts & activities. Live music & entertainment. Children’s Stage with demonstrations and interactive activities. Face painting. Prizes. Right Whale Obstacle Course. Portable movie theater with a short recycling film. And MUCH more!

The Children’s stage is located at the west end by Nine West in the grassy area.
New this year: Environmental Services, Inc. Right Whale Obstacle Course and Waste Management’s Dump Truck Movie Theater!
The Obstacle Course will be set up where the Andrew Jackson status used to be, near the Children’s Stage and the movie theater will be on Hogan Street.

Naval ship museum store dedicated to the effort of acquiring the decommissioned Navy Destroyer, ex-USS CHARLES F. ADAMS DDG-2, as a permanent downtown attraction on the riverfront. Ship models and former shipboard equipments on display to help generate interest. Military ball caps and other items representative of all branches of service are available at very low prices.
