From Jacksonville International Airport (JIA)

The Landing is an easy 20-minute drive from Jacksonville International Airport. Exit airport onto Airport Exit, which becomes Dixie Clipper Road (FL-102 E) and travel approximately one mile. Take the I-95 South ramp towards Jacksonville. Travel on I-95 South (do not take I-295 by-pass) for approximately 10 miles, looking for Exit #116 – Forsyth Street. Exit right and pass through the first several intersections. Continue to Forsyth Street (last intersection), turn left and head east; this will take you into the heart of Downtown. Turn right on Laura Street and travel till it dead-ends at Independent Drive and The Landing.

From Amtrak

Exit the Amtrak Station eastbound on Clifford Lane. Turn right onto US-1 South (New Kings Road) and travel approximately 4 miles to the I-95 South ramp. Merge onto I-95 South and travel approximately 1 mile to the Union Street exit, #117. Keep left at the fork on the ramp and merge onto Union Street (US-23 S/FL-139 E). Travel east and turn right (south) on Laura Street and travel till it dead-ends at Independent Drive and The Landing.

From the North & South

Downtown Jacksonville is accessible from I-95 North and South at exits Monroe Street #115, Forsyth Street #116 or Church Street #117. Travel east and turn right onto Laura Street until it dead-ends at Independent Drive and The Landing.

From the West

Downtown Jacksonville is accessible from the west via I-10 East. From I-10 East, take I-95 North and exit at Forsyth Street or Monroe Street. Travel east and turn right onto Laura Street until it dead-ends at Independent Drive and The Landing.

From the East/Beaches

From Neptune Beach travel westbound on Atlantic Boulevard for 8 miles. Take Arlington Expressway for approximately 8 miles, and cross the Mathews Bridge. Arlington Expressway becomes State Street. From State Street, turn left onto Laura Street and take it till it dead-ends at Independent Drive and The Landing.

Route A: From the Jacksonville Beach/Ponte Vedra area take J. Turner Butler Boulevard West approximately 10 miles until the I-95 North exit. Travel 5 miles on I-95 North to Prudential Drive./Main Street. Exit at Main Street and travel across the Main Street Bridge. Take a left at the first light (Bay Street) until you reach Laura Street. Turn left (south) onto Laura Street until it dead-ends at Independent Drive and The Landing.

Route B: Travel 5 miles on I-95 North to the Prudential Drive/Main Street exit towards Riverside Avenue/Mary Street. Merge onto the Acosta Expressway and travel across the bridge. Exit at Water Street and turn right. Continue on Water Street until it become Independent Drive and The Landing will be on your right-hand side.

From Jacksonville Beach travel approximately 11 miles on Beach Boulevard to the Atlantic Boulevard/ Downtown ramp. Merge onto FL-228 W and travel 5 miles across the Hart Bridge. Exit onto the East Adams Street and continue until you reach Laura Street. Take a left onto Laura Street and continue till it dead-ends at Independent Drive and The Landing.
